Long before I ever boarded a plane, I dreamed of seeing the world. At 31, I finally took my first flight—and the rest is history.
Since that moment, I’ve made it my mission to turn travel dreams into travel plans. I thrive on every aspect of the journey: thoughtful research, creative itineraries, out‑of‑the‑box adventures, and authentic encounters that go beyond the ordinary.

Travel has always been a shared passion in our family. While Leigh dreamed, planned, and curated journeys from the very beginning, Derrick was always behind the scenes lending support and encouragement.
In 2022, Derrick officially joined Stro & Co, bringing his own strengths and perspective to the business. Together, we combine creativity and logistics, vision and detail, to craft travel experiences that feel both seamless and soulful. What started as Leigh’s dream has grown into a partnership—one rooted in commitment, adventure, and helping others see the world.
