Initial deposit, planning fees and first trip payment are non refundable. See our general cancellation policy for more details.
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.
Late payments will incur a 12% penalty on the 15th of each month. Read our payment policy for more details.
